Well behaved dogs and cats are welcome. Maximum 2 animals permitted. There is a $300 animal deposit and $35 for animal rent.
Utilities not included. Electricity and gas are separately metered and billed to the unit. Internet/cable/phone would be arranged with a local provider. Water, sewer, and trash are billed back at the rates of $20/month for water, $15/month for sewer, and $15/month for trash.
We prefer an annual lease and the advertised rate is for that term. We do offer terms shorter than 1 year (i.e. month to month) at a rate of $250/month in addition to the advertised rate.
