The weather is another plus. In the summer, the home sits so high, it is usually 10-15 degrees cooler than lower elevations. Additionally, the home is built into the mountain, which also provides additional cooling and heating protection as the seasons turn.
The PRIVATE open living room area has newer flooring and 2 HUGE windows showing the spectacular views looking to the east.
The bedroom has newer flooring as well, with the original stone chiseled out of the mountain on multiple walls.
The PRIVATE bathroom area does have a clothes washer and dryer.
You have your own fridge, dishwasher and microwave as well as plenty of cabinet space. There are also brand new countertops and a large storage area with lots of shelving.
The exterior of the unit has plenty of parking space as well as space to set up an outdoor living area.
