Starting May 20th I will be subleasing my single room for the summer. This 3 bedroom townhome has primarily held mix-and-match CSU students over the past few years. I personally have spent the last 2 years at this location with a couple different students and it is by far the best place I have lived so far. Currently, there is one other person who occupies the basement and there is another open room that is up for rent (if you know someone who might be interested in the other room let me know). Rent is $600 and you will make payments via venmo. Utilities are not included in rent. Move in date would be May 20th.
