The room has a shared kitchen and laundry room making it perfect for a young working professional or college student.
The atrium is one the buildings most attractive features. A spacious tropical garden heated to 70 degrees year round in the center of the building. This area provides a cozy and unique space for you or your guests to hang out.
The kitchen is fully equipped and each tenant has their own designated and labeled space in the pantry as well as the fridges. There are two washers and three dryers on sight free for tenant use. All communal areas are professional cleaned 1x a week.
