The neighborhood is amazing, and great for taking walks, and very close to bike trails, Eldora park, and CSU. It's roughly in the center of Fort Collins, and about 10-15 minutes to just about anything. It is a 7 min. drive to south-east corner of CSU. King Soopers, Sprouts, Starbucks are 4 minutes away. At the price I am asking, and with everything covered, this is a heck of a deal. Redfin, doesn't give me a lot of options for leasing choices. The lease can run to August 1, 2026. At which point you can renew for 1 year after that, at a rate of $1250/month. Recently renovated. New laminate flooring, new floor tile in the bathroom, kitchen, and pantry. There is an assigned covered parking spot, but that spot is available only for 3-4 months, it's great during the winter months. I rarely get snow or ice on my windshield. Tenant is responsible for any repairs or maintenance under $200.00. However, if the stove, fridge, and dish washer has any issues, I will pay for that myself.
