This very clean, well maintained 900 sf condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, neutral colors , central A/C, microwave (newer), dishwasher (newer), refrigerator, electric range/oven and washer dryer in unit. Lots of light from extra window being a corner unit, gas fireplace, storage closet off of deck, wood laminate floors in entry and kitchen, a programmable thermostat, and is on a great surprisingly quiet street across from Church open space. People loved the location and never had a problem parking on the street or in the rear parking lot. This is a non-smoking unit.
