Please note, the garage was converted into an oversized bedroom years ago, so there is no garage at this property. While located on the church property, this is a private residence with its own driveway and entrance, ensuring privacy and independence. Tenants are welcome to enjoy the church grounds, including the playground and community firepit, offering a peaceful and community-centered setting. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing opportunities, with nearby destinations such as Evergreen Lake, Alderfer/Three Sisters Park, Meyer Ranch, and Staunton State Park.
