Employee Housing Rental

Employee housing. This unit has 5 individual bedrooms furnished with a bed dresser nightstand in each individual room. Shared living space on the main floor. Each bedroom also has its own private bathroom and shower. One bedroom is located on the first floor and the other four are located on the top floor. The shared laundry room is located on the top floor for all tenants use. The first floor is furnished with a living room television couch love seat along with a dining room table and chairs. The kitchen includes all new appliances dishwasher refrigerator stove oven and sink. All utilities are included in the monthly rent. Utilities include gas electricity water trash internet and cable for the downstairs living room. The monthly rent is 675 per month bedroom. You must prove you are currently employed in the town of Estes Park or will secure future employment with an approved letter.
