Open living space with lots of light, kitchen island, pantry closet, and separate laundry space with washer/dryer hookups. Large master suite with walk-in closet. Backyard fire pit. Dirt road access that is maintained by HOA. Driveway maintained by property management. High clearance and 4WD vehicles recommended. Dogs are allowed with a $200 pet deposit per dog. The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person (or to send a proxy). Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply. We do not take credit card payments or online payments at this time, only cash or check. Applications can be submitted online (via our website) or on paper, but you must pay the application fees to the office with a copy of your drivers license. If you want to drop off anything after hours, utilize the drop box outside our office - just make sure to label payments with your name and the rental address. Once we have ALL applications, we will process them and let you know whether you are approved.
