One of the most unique homes in the Durango area and it sits on 24 incredible acres in a gated community. Lots of wildlife and great views. It has a copper covered roof and was originally built off the grid and is now hooked to the grid. Very light and airy. Five miles to hospital, and 12 miles to town. Great well and water storage. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is on the lower level. W/s/t, solar power, electric, gas, and high-speed internet is $40 per person/month. Dogs are ok with a $300 pet deposit and a $35/month pet rent per pet. Four-wheel drive (or AWD) is required for winter driveway conditions.
