The largest bedroom in this Animas neighborhood home in north Durango, close to parks and trails, comes furnished with full bed, dressers, shelves and a large closet.
Utilities are included. The home will be shared with a middle aged father and his teenage son who lives there two weeks out of the month. The father is also gone several days per month, giving the tenant time where they will be the only occupant.
The house is fully furnished, has large front and back yards, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove and a shared bathroom. AppleTV and Netflix included. No smoking, parties or pets. We prefer to keep the atmosphere relaxed while here.
