This 2 bedroom / 2 bath upstairs condo in the Peartree complex has easy access to Animas View Drive and the Oxbow riverfront recreation area. Well maintained and close to all the amazing outdoor adventures Durango and the surrounding areas have to offer. Includes woodstove, W/D, dishwasher and large deck. Tenants are responsible for electric and $40/person for water, sewer, and trash. No students, no smokers, no dogs, 1 indoor cat allowed with $200 pet deposit. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL? The first step is to schedule a showing. We require applicants to see the property in person (or to send a proxy). Once you have seen the property, please submit one application and a $50 application fee for EACH adult who will be a tenant. Children under 18 do not need to apply.
