Close to Lake Dillon, ski mountains and hiking trails right outside the door. Easy access to the unit with 2 parking spaces right outside the front door. No stairs required to get inside unit. The condo has a nice enclosed and private balcony to take advantage to the crisp mountain air :) all bills paid except electricity ($30) a month.
