A Word First: I am SO sorry, I had better pictures from right after we did a complete renovation 9 years ago, but they somehow disappeared from my laptop! So view these as a "lived in" version, which of course is the way you'll see it when you visit! We have a lovely, large, private duplex half in Sunnyside that's available for the 1st time in 9 years. It's a 1000 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit, with a separate laundry room, a large kitchen and living room, secure steel screen doors outside of the main doors, new sealed-gas vinyl windows, and maybe most importantly an attached 1-car garage with a garage door opener! And it has entry into the unit from the garage, so no walking around in the rain to get in! It has a LARGE lawn with grass and the entire yard is fenced. We're looking for someone just like who's been there the last 9 years, a professional person, quiet, NO SMOKING, a cat is OK but no dogs please. We're looking for reliable and kind people. The couple in the other side is our Son and his lovely new Wife, quiet, peaceful and very friendly. Rent will be $1800.00 with a $2000.00 deposit and a 1-Year Lease. Tenant pays electric and gas and TV/wifi, we pay water and trash. Please, if you have a prior eviction don't apply, prospective Tenants will undergo a background check at a cost of $45.00 and evictions will show up. The unit will be available as early as November 21, but December 1 is fine too, our Tenant is moving into a Seniors apartment and he's confirmed he could be out by November 21st if necessary. Feel free to drive by to look at the unit to see if you like the area but please do NOT disturb the Tenant, the address is 2020 W. 43rd Ave., Denver. We're particular about who rents here and the benefit to you is we were the same way with the person in the OTHER side, so everyone will be happy!
