This house is just two blocks from the Chamonix Casino and Hotel, minutes from the Dollar Store and Grocery and Hardware store, and walking distance from the other casinos in Cripple Creek. The views from basically every room are incredible. There is one master bedroom upstairs, and a small bedroom downstairs. The sun room could also be converted into a bedroom. The wall furnace in the living room is gas fueled, and is the only heat source in the house. It is totally sufficient for the downstairs, but we tend to put individual electric (Dyson) heaters in the bedrooms and the sunroom for efficiency.
There is one small full bathroom downstairs with a tub/shower. Water pressure is great. There is heat tape wrapped around the pipes under the house that protects the plumbing during the cold winter months.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigertor, oven/stovetop, and double sink with a brand new, 3/4 HP disposal system.
The laundry area in the living room has a stacked washer and dryer, and space to store brooms, mops, and cleaning supplies.
There is a one-car garage for your vehicle, with extra covered storage space next to the garage, and a patio outside the downstairs bedroom.
