The room for rent is BDRM 3 (see picture of floor plan). The room will be for a single person. There will be no pets in the home. There is a patio with a propane fire pit. The home is a 4-bedroom 2.5 bath home. The bathroom with the shower will be shared by 2 people only. There will never be more than 4 people living in the home. There will be private off-street neighborhood parking on the adjacent street only a few steps from the home (see picture). Garage and driveway parking are already taken. The remaining 3 rooms are filled. There will be four people total living in the home. The home is 10 minutes from RiNo and 15 minutes from downtown Denver. Its located moments from I-70, I-270, and I-25 and within walking distance to King Soopers and Eagle Pointe recreation center. I’m looking for 1-year leases but may consider shorter.
