We have updated some of the finishings since the photos like in the half bathroom, and some of the towel racks, toilet paper holders, and sinks. One wall in the two rooms upstairs that are not the master are painted but we are ok with it being painted back neutral if you wish. (For all photos, I am happy to send full images another way, they must be uploaded as jpeg here so I had to combine to one page to upload.)
Curtains downstairs will be left as well as the kitchen sink curtain. House has childproof features but renters can remove if needed.
Fenced yard, washer dryer included. Washer and dryer also upgraded since the photos, they are side by side and not stacked.
Right now we are planning to leave the security system and cameras for our renters to use * We can talk more and update as well to our renters
