Tenant sets up and pays for gas, electric, and trash - all required and may also opt to set up internet and/or cable service. Sewer charges are billed with the rent each month. Current fee through December is $32.18 per month The property owner pays for water service. Tenants are to maintain a renter's insurance policy throughout tenancy.
