The town of LaPorte is 5 minutes away with a grocery store and amenities. It is an easy 15 minutes to Old Town, Ft. Collins, 17 minutes to Colorado State University, 10 minutes to the Poudre River, 5 minutes to Lory State Park and Horsetooth Reservoir. The house is located on a popular bike route . I have my own 2 well behaved and friendly dogs on the premises. I prefer a lease for a year or longer but can be flexible. It is a peaceful and lovely area with a great view for the right person.
