This one-bedroom, one-bathroom, upstairs apartment is centrally located in Bayfield and includes off-street parking and shared yard space. Heat is electric. $40/person for w/s/t per month. No pets allowed. Students are ok with references. No smokers. No washer/dryer. No dishwasher. Tenant pays electric. Move-in date may vary depending on when unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
