This two-bedroom, one-bathroom, downstairs apartment is centrally located in Bayfield and includes off-street parking and shared yard space. Heat is electric. $40/person/month for w/s/t. No pets allowed. Students are ok with references. No smokers. No washer/dryer. Tenant pays electric. The move-in date may vary based on when the unit is ready. INTERESTED IN THIS RENTAL?
