2/2, 1200 sq ft in Aurora off the Iliff/225 train. It will be ready late May 2024 for $2.3k/mo. It's within walking distance of the train, about 10-15 min. 20 min to downtown by car or 40 by train, 10-15 to DTC by car or 30 by train, etc. Exact date not confirmed yet.
The kitchen space is downstairs with the first bedroom/closet and bathroom. The upstairs is the master's suite with a balcony, bathroom, small closet, and a second, large walk in closet. The unit has a real fire place and I'll have some wood stored on the shelves for your use.
It will be furnished with:
- a 65" smart TV in the living room that comes with basic channels and all streaming apps (Netflix, hulu, max, apple, etc. but you need your own accounts)
- a smart thermostat that you can set while away
- a kitchen island for additional storage
- a microwave
- utensils and coffee maker
- 2 bar stools for the kitchen bar
- a couch in the living room with an ottoman
- curtains both upstairs and downstairs
- 2 outside patio chairs and table
- a portable gas fire pit with one propane tank ready to use
- 2 chairs for the upstairs balcony
- 2 large dressers and rug for the walk in closet upstairs
- a table in the living room with 2 benches for 4 people
It also is pet friendly and has cat shelves installed. There is no monthly pet fee, but there is a one time fee.
Comes with 2 parking spaces, one covered, and an attic/storage space in the unit. In unit washer/dryer as well
Internet/utilities you'd have to set up. My costs were $60 for internet and about $150/mo for all utilities depending on the time of year. Water/trash is included.
