Welcome to the Red Phoenix, a beautiful home away from home featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This brand new construction offers an amazing view and is located right in front of a huge park with basketball and tennis courts, two playgrounds, a beautiful walking trail, and grills. Conveniently situated just 20 minutes from DIA and near highways, you can reach downtown Denver in about 30 minutes.
The Red Phoenix provides everything you need for a getaway. This stylish yet cozy condo features 2 comfy queen beds and two full baths, each with a spacious tub. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing home-cooked meals. Nearby, you'll find a variety of restaurants and places to hang out. For longer stays, a washer and dryer are available for your use.
Guests will need to park by the street to avoid towing. Visitor spots can be used during the day but not overnight, as towing will be at your expense. The condo is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of 2 small, house-trained pets. We kindly ask that pets are not left unattended or allowed on furniture.
Guests are asked to remove their shoes before entering the condo. The property is not 420 friendly, and absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment. No extra guests are permitted during the day or night, and quiet hours are after 10 PM. No parties are allowed.
