The property provides stunning views of mountains including ski areas, Brush Creek Mountain, Hunter Creek, Woody Creek, Snowmass Mountain Ski area, Aspen Highlands ski area, Loges Peak, and the side of Highlands bowl. A car is required, and a 4x4 is necessary in winter due to snow and ice. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Exterior security cameras are on the property. Please do not park in front of or block either the upper or lower garages.
