The home is just outside of the Aspen Downtowner’s (Downtowner | Aspen, CO) service area but it will pick-up/drop-off at Rio Grande Park/Obermeyer Place, which is just across the river. Note: The owner does not have a STR permit so 30+ day leases are required, even with shorter stays, but there are no sales and lodging taxes.
