Relatively new and separate detached dwelling in the back (with own entrance through side gate) features a living room space (pull out sofa) kitchenette with sink but no stove. Has a full bath with shower and electric fireplace and is separated by a barn door that leads into another "room." Place is furnished. May use pool. Laundry is located in the main house, literally couple of steps away from the detached unit. Owner occupied in the main house. It is a quiet neighborhood. Looking for a clean individual that will be respectful of the property and rules. After viewing and if renter is still interested, there will be a credit and background check (soft inquiry on credit). When applying, please answer the following 5 questions. If the questions are not answered, I will not be responding. 1) how many occupants 2) pets 3) credit score 4) income (monthly or yearly) 5) how often guests are expected to sleep over All utilities are included. No food or any type of waste should be thrown in the sink. Food must be tightly bagged so as liquids or food waste does not leak out. Restroom fan or window should be open after showers so as to not collect mold. Smoking permitted in the backyard but absolutely not inside the premises. Will show agreement if interested which lists all fees, rules, etc. Ample parking in front of the house. Please note: I am not sure of the accurate square footage. ~700 sq.ft is my guess.
