I have a room for rent! It's a huge bedroom with a walk in closet and fully remodeled bathroom. Private entrance from the side gate of the house with access to a side yard flower garden. We are asking $1150/month for rent + $50/month for all utilities (water, electricity, wi-fi). Unfortunately, you will not have access to kitchen but we can provide mini fridge and microwave if wanted/needed. Security deposit is $1150 and can not be used as last months rent. Hoping for a one year least but can extend to month to month if interested. I have attached a few pictures for your convenience. There is plenty of street parking, you would have to be mindful of cleaning days on Wednesdays and Thursdays. NO Smoking, NO pets, No Drugs or Partying. We're looking for a quiet, respectful individual who will respect our family home. We will run a full background check, and need proof of income before move in.
