The home is available for more than 30 days furnished or available empty for longer leases of more than 2 years. Please inquire about the monthly rent non-furnished. No pets are allowed. The home is perfect for a couple, a single or a family. It is perfectly located in Northern Windsor where it is mostly quiet. It's midway between Windsor and Healdsburg. The rooms are small and are perfect for a single or couple if they plan to have guests stay over. There is an outdoor deck and an outdoor fireplace to enjoy. The home stays relatively cool during the summer and heats quickly when the weather is cold. The toilets have bidets and the main bath has a hower head with a handle.
