The house was originally a 3 bedroom but the middle room was opened up and now is considered a bonus room, can be used as an office or den because access to the backyard with a large sliding door which provides light through the room into the living room. We can add sliding doors again to turn it back into a 3 bedroom.
Tenants can utilize the W/D and fridge.
The bathroom has a tub with shower, medicine cabinet and small cabinet over the toilet. The hallway includes 2 closets for linens and/or coats/utility.
The lawn and landscaping in the front and back yard have minor updates. Both yards need maintenance and landscaping which is not included. Someone interested in gardening will enjoy the ample yard to do so. This has a large lot and must be maintained by the tenants.
No extra autos, RVs, parts, commercial vehicles can be stored in or on the yards, also no machinery or vehicle repair can be done on the property, 1 car per adult+ 1 bonus vehicle.
