Common areas shared include a kitchen, dining area, living room, family room, front yard, and large backyard, and garage. It includes a new washer+dryer and water heater. The house was built around 1952. It has been recently repainted inside and out, with refinished hardwood floors, and all completely new plumbing. It has central air/heat. Fruit and avocado trees front and back with a big backyard. Plenty of room in back for bbq and small get-togethers under shady fruit trees to keep you cool during warm Summer months:).
