Located in the beautiful Keys condominium complex, this 780 square feet 1 bedroom unit has all modern appliances, remodeled kitchen, tile, beautiful cherry hardwood floors, 12ft ceilings, huge windows and a balcony. It has views of greenery and tennis courts (not neighbors' windows). The rent also includes access to the 3 swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, club house, billiards, ping-pong table and tennis courts. Keys complex is located few minutes walking distance from 2 bart stations, 50 meters from the Iron Horse Trail, 3 min driving distance from Shell Ridge (Mt.Diablo foothills), and 2 min away from entrances to 24 and 680 freeways as well as the Walnut Creek Downtown. It really is a little paradise... And so is the unit... I am looking to rent it to a reliable and credit approved individual for 1 year lease, or longer. P.S.
