Curtains are provided for light blocking and privacy. The bathroom and kitchen are up a flight of 11 stairs. The kitchen has a 2 burner induction stove. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is currently furnished, and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished. Note that this is an in-law suite attached to the main house. You will have your own entry. The suite shares a wall with the main house. The house currently has 1 adult, 1 child, and 2 cats (one indoor, one outdoor). We are open to folks who would like to share family dinners and other communal activities. We are in downtown Vallejo, near Georgia Street, about a 15 minute walk from the ferry or the downtown bus transit. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house or on the premises. Access: There are 22 stairs from the street to the house. There are 11 stairs from the bedroom in the suite to the bathroom and kitchenette.
