Hi, I have multiple rooms for rent in a beautiful 2100sft house. Very interested in finding 2 people who are friends/relatives and I can put together a package deal involving 2 separate rooms. Contact me if this applies to you. This private room comes either furnished or not and it is around 150sft with a closet and an attached private bathroom for $1150 with ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED. Utilities include are WiFi, water, gas, electric, sewer, and trash. Room can come either furnished or not furnished up to you. I also have a new spa/hot tub that I will consider including in rental (see pics) House is off the Redwood exit and only 5min from Target, Safeway, restaurants, Kaiser Permanente, ect. 8min from Downtown Vallejo and Ferry Terminal. Washer and dryer on property. The house has a 60in Flat Screen TV with Bose 5.1 surround sound in living room, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a view of the Vallejo valley, new hardwood floors, new paint, and a beautiful backyard garden sanctuary with a relaxing rear patio. Security deposit is $1150 so it’s $2300 total to move in. Will entertain 3 month or 6 month lease to start.
