The unit was recently been painted inside and out, new carpeting has been installed throughout and the floorplan is very functional. There is a breakfast area off the kitchen, slider to the patio and washer & dryer hookups centrally located off the breakfast area. The family room is good sized and has a half bath nearby. All of the rooms and the full bathroom are upstairs, the bathroom has a tub, the bedrooms are good sized and lots of natural light. The complex does feature a swimming pool and clubhouse.
