Very cute three bedroom 1 1/2 bath two story condo/townhome in gated community, 1/2 bath is down stairs. Nice size living area looking onto the patio area (sprinklers). Kitchen has be updated, granite counters newer cabinets were done, pantry area with automatic light. Stainless steel stove, hood fan and dishwasher. Laminate flooring in lower unit with tile in 1/2 bath. French doors leading to real cute patio area and then you enter your two car garage. Master bathroom was re done with double vanity it lead into master or to hallway for other bedrooms to use. Older community but very nice greenbelt area, pool and club house for birthday parties etc. Attached 'two car garage' you pass through cute patio to get there garage has tons of cabinets for storage, and inside storage under stairs. Dryer stays but not warranted.
