Now looking for a longer tenant (must rent minimum for 1 month) for easier management. This studio is about 400 sq ft with own entrance, bath, walk in closet, kitchenette with all cooking appliances and dish ware. It is private and extremely quiet. Connected to main house, which is empty most of the time. Best feature is that you have access to a SAUNA! *Rent price includes utilities. Please see below for additional fees* *2 max people, 1 max dog. Must be house trained and at least 1 year old* -SAUNA (amazing, especially in the winter months!) -NEW - mini split added for air conditioner (AC) and heater. **Most places in Tahoe do not have AC! This is a huge plus booking BEARadise Studio in Tahoe** -Cozy and convenient location in South Lake tahoe, 10 minutes from Heavenly, Casinos, beaches, hikes, trails, etc. -Contactless entrance through the back of the house with private fenced backyard, plenty of space for your pet to run around -Free parking on driveway outside available in a quiet and safe neighborhood -Desk, chair, and fast WiFi so you can work remote in Tahoe. -The studio has natural lighting with a skylight -Kitchenette with basic dishes included (microwave, full fridge, electric stove, pot, pan, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, knives, cookware) -Full bath. -Walk-in closet. -Shared spaces: Sauna and backyard -Electric fireplace -Hammock available in warm seasons -Adirondack Chairs in the backyard -TV, roku, board games. -Cozy backyard and plenty of space for storage (snowboard, skiis, bikes, etc). -Unfortunately no washer or dryer in the unit, but there is a laundromat less than a mile away.
