Enjoy the luxury of private parking and laundry or venture down to the community area and pool and BBQ. Surfsong has an elevator from the parking garage to your unit floor. If for any reason the elevators are out of service, stairs must be taken. Community beach access is closed due to changing bluff conditions. The nearest beach access from Surfsong is Fletcher Cove, approximately 0.2 miles and a 5-minute walk. There is no AC in this unit.
