Please contact Kristin Thomas to schedule a time to drop off the applications and payment. BASIC REQUIREMENTS For credit, we are looking for you to have a score of at least 650. We do not accept collections or evictions and do not take co-signers. For income, we are looking for you to make at least 3.0 times (gross, not net) the monthly rent so $6,585.00. We do not participate in government housing programs (i.e. section 8).
