This townhouse is nicely updated and furnished. The two car garage, with washer/dryer, opens to the patio and then into the townhouse. A great room feeling exists within the kitchen family/dining room. The updated kitchen, with granite counters, has a microwave, dishwasher and an electric stove with two ovens. In addition to everyday pots and pans, there is a coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and crockpot for all your cooking needs. A large pantry houses some canned goods and spices. The spacious living room has a coat closet and half bath. There is a smart TV with ROKU and we subscribe to Spectrum for wifi. Upstairs there is a large primary bedroom with walk in closet and full bath with shower head and attached hand held shower also. There are nightstands at either side of the bed and a 6 drawer dresser inside the closet. Large windows overlook the front of the building and the lovely manicured gardens and walk way. There are two other bedrooms . The second and third bedrooms have closets with mirrored doors and an upright dresser in the closet. The updated hall bath has a shower over a tub. The beautiful grounds are kept in perfect condition by the gardening staff that oversees their care. There are walking paths throughout the complex and a short distance from the townhouse, there is a pool and tennis court for your use. This ideal location is in close proximity to the lovely park a few blocks away and every kind of shopping - Traders Joe's, Sprouts, Ralphs, Home Depot, Target and too many more to list. Beaches are an easy drive away and there are numerous restaurants close by. We are looking for a short term rental of 3-6 months.
