The house is in a quiet location under a shady tree, very friendly neighbors, with your own off-street parking places next to the house. This cute house is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, SLO DoCo, and many other fun businesses. It is a 5 minute bike ride to Cal Poly, 5 minute drive to Cuesta, and many adjacent parks and walking trails (Bishop's Peak is just down the road). The transit bus stops right out front at the street also. The address is 650(B) E. Foothill Blvd, SLO. It's the house in the back on the left. Our common driveway is directly across from the Church of the Latter Day Saints. Come in and take a drive-by if you want, but please do not disturb other tenants nearby.
