Located in the heart of the Cedar Creek complex. Very convenient, a quick walk or bike ride to Cal Poly, 2 parking spaces included, pool, stackable washer/dryer in the unit. We are looking for renters who will take good care of the unit and abide by all of the HOA rules.
The unit will be available to rent starting on August 1, 2026, $4,200 a month, 12 month lease. Tenants pay all utilities. Four people maximum, security deposit (one months rent, refundable after lease is completed and condo inspection), a one time trash fee of $400 will be collected upon signing of the lease.
