The kitchen includes a fridge, a 2 burner induction cooktop, and a small oven. It is stocked with cookware and dishes.
Home has WiFi, a pull down movie screen and projector, heating and AC, and street parking.
The home is on a communal property with 4 other units. There are shared spaces in the yard, including a grill, a firepit, an outside dining table, a garden, and a yard. Everyone living on the property is friendly and respectful. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am.
We are located an easy walk from downtown SLO with its restaurants and shops, as well as the train station, grocery stores and pharmacy.
