Every feature is hand made with love. There is also a hatch style window that fully opens to a panoramic view of the city with a built in light-blocking screen. The backyard has a BBQ and heat lamp included, and is outfitted with a raised garden bed for anyone with a green thumb. Washer/dyer is on premise and not shared with other tenants. The house can come partially furnished (or not) - any of the features in the house can be left. This includes custom made desk that fit the living space perfectly, kitchen shelving unit, cal king beauty rest mattress with bedframe, armoire, dressers, bar stools and side table. We built this beautiful house ourselves for a very comfortable living space for our family - all this can be yours.
