My charming Victorian-style duplex was completed in the 1920s, technically in the Edwardian era, by then, they REALLY knew how to build a great Victorian! Great light throughout, new paint, newly-refinished hardwood floors, spacious, sunny deck with East Bay views, backyard and garden with HOT TUB, w/d, gas log fireplace, ample closets and storage, and a great layout for housemates, couples or families! Bay windows, wainscotting, crown moulding, porcelain doorknobs and faucet handles, black/white mosaic tile, original 10-panel doors and quarter-sawn hardwood floors, decorative light fixtures, and other Victorian design elements! I've lived upstairs for 14 years and love the convenient location 1 block from Cortland Ave cafes, restaurants, groceries, and public transportation. Allemany Farmers Market and ramps to 280 and 101 are just down the hill, minutes away. Cats ok, small-medium dogs considered - $25/pet/mo (instead of pet security deposit).
