If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a $100 fine per unauthorized guest if discovered. If any signs of smoking are found in the apartment or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee.
