It is located on the lower level in the single-family house of former UCSF faculties. It has a separate entrance from the street. The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood in Golden Gate Haight, just next to Grand View Park. There is a large balcony with outdoor patio table and chairs and an unrestricted view to the Pacific Ocean and Golden Park and beyond. The apartment is nicely furnished and decorated. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there is also another room that can be used as a study. One bedroom has a full sized bed, folding chair, and a desk and chair; the other bedroom has a queen size bed, small table, and chair. Both bedrooms have windows facing the Pacific Ocean. The third room has a desk and chair and a folding full size sofa/sleeper. The dining room has a TV, table with chairs, and longer/sleeper futon. The kitchenette has a induction cooktop hot plate, pans and pots, microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a slow cooker, an electric kettle, air fryer, electric steamer, and a popcorn maker. The apartment has its own heating and washer and dryer. Parking is available on the street in front of the house. There are two bathrooms in the apartment - one with the bathtub and the other one with a shower unit. Our house is 1 miles from UCSF Moffitt-Long Medical Center and hospital and UCSF School of Dentistry. It is about a 25 min walk.
