Sleep well in the queen bed and when you wake up put your feet on the fuzzy rug. Spacious walk in closet. Full size washer and dry combo for your laundry. If you get off work late, motion sensor lights will light your way to the home. Your furry friend is welcome too! This is a 1 bed, 1 bath detached small home/ADU with private and separate entrance.. This property sits in the back of the main house. The main house is rented out by the best tenants, the property owners are not on site. Excuse the bare walls, the artwork is on the way! Other items on the way, not shown in photos (in transit right now and will be in the home before you move in) - noise machine, and laundry basket.
