The living room has a large tv, dining table, and a couch that pulls out. The home has a fully stocked kitchen as well as a washer and dryer. Formerly an Airbnb so complete with kitschy signs you can feel free to demolish. Easy parking, private entrance, and a beautiful and large back yard with multiple citrus trees that will be updated with new plants and landscaping during your stay. There are window unit A/C and also mini split heaters, it's also the basement unit so naturally stays much cooler. Open to month-to-month but ideally a 6 month lease would be great. Available starting September 15. Furniture can also be moved as needed if you would prefer to bring your own! I'm new to renting out my place but very communicative and compassionate. Expectation is that you'd have all utilities in your name and would cover but willing to change that arrangement. We have wifi so that comes free! Cute pets only (pictures encouraged).
