The person living in this room will share a bathroom with one other person The place: 3000+ sq ft, 6bd 3bath 2-story home less than 5min drive from I-5 and I-80 off the West El Camino exit. 6-7 min drive to multiple grocery stores. 10 min drive to Downtown. 16 min drive to UC Davis. 15 min drive to Sac state. Common areas are furnished. Nice backyard with a firepit, grill area, and patio table for all to use. About you: We are looking for someone friendly who is mature, quiet and self-aware who has no problem with communication and understand who to resolve conflict in a non- confrontational manner. We operate the house like a small community of individuals who treat each other with love, patience and respect. We don't tolerate or engage in any sort of disruptive behaviors around the home. We don't drink around the home aside from a glass of wine here or there, most in the house are sober, 420 friendly outside as long as they clean up after themselves as there are pets in the house. CLEAN, we expect the person to be a responsible adult who cleans up after his/herself at all times on a daily basis. The house has a simple chore rotation chart that everyone is expected to take part in. Stable job with stable income that is approximately 3x (or more) the rent. We will be also be doing a background check on you and will be asking for references from previous landlords. Pays bills on time every time. About the roommates: Three males and two females ranging from late twenties to mid 40's. All get along great.
