All common areas are furnished (see photos). Very large kitchen. You will be getting your own (labeled) space in both the refrigerator and cabinets. We have plenty of shoe-racks by the entrance for you to place your shoes as well as a bench. About you: We are looking for someone friendly who has no problem with communication. There will be 6 people total living in this house, so communication is key. CLEAN, we expect the person to be a responsible adult who cleans up after his/herself at all times. The house has a chore rotation chart that everyone is expected to take part in. Stable job with stable income that is approximately 3x (or more) the rent. We will be also be doing a background check on you and will be asking for references from previous landlords. Pays bills on time every time.
